Job description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a proactive and data-driven Investor Acquisitions Specialist to take ownership of launching deals, managing investor outreach, and optimizing investor engagement across multiple platforms. Your primary goal will be to build and maintain a highly qualified investor database, improve investor communications, and support the sales team in successfully disposing of properties.


Key Responsibilities
Deal Launch & Disposition
  • Launch deals through SMS and Email using Hubspot, SimpleTexting, and SmartLeads.

  • Select and organize photos for marketing folders.

  • Create and update templates for campaigns based on purpose (deal launch, re-launch, price reduction, etc.).

  • Post deals on third-party platforms such as Easy Street and Beycome.

  • Create property publication templates for InvestorLift.

  • Use InvestorLift analytics to define optimal launch days and times.

Data Management & Targeting
  • Pull and compile detailed investor data (minimum 250 per list).

  • Submit investor lists for skip tracing and filtering.

  • Enrich investor data for CRM and disposition strategy.

  • Ensure accurate and complete buy boxes for all registered investors in the CRM.

Campaign Monitoring & Metrics
  • Monitor and manage SMS and Email outreach tools daily.

  • Track performance of cold and warm outreach campaigns across all platforms.

  • Report weekly metrics every Friday, including:

    • Number of investors registered from SMS and Email

    • SMS and Email conversion rates (registered/clicked form)

    • CTR for both SMS and Email campaigns

Ongoing Optimization & Collaboration
  • Implement and monitor re-launch and price reduction strategies via segmented campaigns.

  • Collaborate daily with the sales team to promote properties and ensure investor communication is timely and effective.

  • Proactively suggest improvements to outreach strategies using existing tools and databases.

  • Enhance the overall investor journey and experience through high-impact campaigns and follow-ups.



Requirements
  • Proven experience in real estate marketing, acquisitions, or investor relations.

  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and marketing tools (Hubspot, SimpleTexting, SmartLeads, InvestorLift).

  • Analytical mindset with experience pulling and interpreting campaign metrics.

  • Exceptional written communication skills for crafting and refining email and SMS templates.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Collaborative team player who can take initiative.
