Job description

Aeroflow Health – Sr. Corporate Marketing & Content Specialist (Remote)

Aeroflow Health is made up of creative and talented associates who are transforming the home medical equipment industry. Our patient-centric business model is founded on innovation through technology and cutting-edge delivery platforms. We have grown to be a leader in the home medical equipment segment of the healthcare industry, are among the fastest-growing healthcare companies in the country and recognized on Inc. 5000’s list of fastest-growing companies in the U.S.

As Aeroflow has grown, so has our need for bold, strategic storytellers. We’re actively building a best-in-class Corporate Marketing team to elevate our B2B brand presence, expand thought leadership, and create integrated content campaigns that drive visibility, value, and engagement with key stakeholders.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Sr. Marketing Content Specialist who will have full ownership over content development and strategy execution across our corporate channels. This individual will play a critical role in positioning Aeroflow as a premier partner to payors, providers, and healthcare organizations, and must be both strategic and execution-focused.

You’ll collaborate with internal SMEs, business unit leaders, and external PR and SEO partners to develop a content engine that moves the needle—driving qualified leads, thought leadership visibility, and campaign performance. You'll know how to translate ideas into strategy, and strategy into measurable outcomes.

Your Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of B2B content campaigns, working cross-functionally with stakeholders
  • Own the content/editorial calendar across all corporate channels
  • Create blog posts, newsletters, landing pages, webinars, and long-form articles with a sharp eye on SEO and conversions
  • Partner with SEO team to turn keyword strategies into content that ranks and performs
  • Define KPIs for each piece of work, track results, and optimize based on performance
  • Collaborate with our PR agency to push thought leadership, tell big stories, and build executive visibility
  • Manage Aeroflow’s LinkedIn presence — campaign planning, scheduling, and reporting on post-performance
  • Oversee payor-facing communications, including newsletters and campaigns
  • Interview internal experts and turn complex information into clear, powerful content
  • Recommend ways to tighten marketing operations and boost campaign results

Skills for Success

  • You don't wait to be told what to do—you drive the process
  • You think in terms of results, not just activity
  • You can pivot fast when needed, without losing your focus
  • You know how to talk to different audiences, at all levels, without losing the message
  • You love data and use it to sharpen your next move

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
  • 5+ years of content marketing and/or communications experience
  • Proven experience building and executing content strategies independently
  • Strong copywriting skills across formats: short-form, long-form, promotional, and thought leadership
  • Working knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword strategies, and analytics
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, GA4, and GTM
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • KPI-focused and metrics-driven
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Healthcare industry experience, particularly DME or payer/provider communications
  • Experience managing external agencies (PR, SEO, Digital)
  • Background in email marketing and integrated media strategies

Breakdown of Responsibilities (Subject to Change):

  • 70%: Content creation and management of the editorial calendar
  • 20%: Internal collaboration with marketing, brand, and digital teams
  • 10%: Cross-functional collaboration with business units and external vendors
