Change.org is searching for a Head of Corporate Communications to build and promote our brand in the US by elevating the brand messaging and stories to drive awareness and affinity with key audiences utilizing a variety of channels, including top tier media, news outlets, journalists, email, podcast hosts and influencers. You will report to our VP of Communications. As a key member of our Marketing & Communications Team, you’ll drive awareness, adoption and engagement by creating pitches to help build and tell our brand story; develop and maintain strong relationships with key media personalities; lead national media outreach and land top-tier media hits.

Our compensation philosophy is based on pay equity. All of our salaries are determined before we launch a role – they are based on a predetermined salary scale, the level on that scale and the cost of labor for that location. The annual salary of a Head of Corporate Communications is $186,000 in New York and San Francisco; is $176,500 in Austin, Boston, DC, Los Angeles and Seattle, and is $158,500 in all other US locations.
