What you'll do:

As an Application Developer, you will play a critical role in refining and finalising the application before it goes into live testing. Youll address minor fixes, optimise app performance, and work closely with the internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth and successful rollout.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Implement final fixes and improvements on the mobile app to ensure readines for live testing. 
• Identify and resolve bugs, crashes, or performance issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, product, and external developers) to align on requirements and priorities.
• Conduct thorough app testing across devices and platforms (iOS/Android) to ensure stability and a seamless user experience.
• Prepare the app for deployment to staging and production environments.
• Support the live testing phase and provide quick iterations based on user or tester feedback.
• Document technical processes and provide recommendations for future development. 
• Contribute to ongoing maintenance and new feature development post launch.

Successful candidates must have:

• Proven experience in mobile app development (iOS, Android, or cross-platform such as Flutter, React Native, etc.). 
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Familiarity with app deployment pipelines and app store submission processes. 
• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles for mobile applications.
• Experience working with APIs and backend integrations.
• Comfortable working independently and within a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Work Arrangements:

• Contract-based position with the possibility of extension or becoming permanent based on performance.
• Schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Philippine Time) / Flexible Time.
• Work Setup: Work-from-home Arrangement
• Location: Parkway Corporate Center, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
