We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect to take ownership of the IT Service Management domain within a mature Enterprise Architecture function. This is a strategic role focused on aligning tools and IT services with organizational goals, stakeholder needs, and certification requirements.
The organization operates on a modular platform architecture—each component is developed independently, but all follow a unified architectural vision under the oversight of the EA team. The EA function follows a structured, high-level approach ("Ivory Tower") where each domain is managed by a dedicated architect.
The underlying infrastructure is based on OpenStack, with two public clouds (AWS and Azure) integrated beneath it. However, this position does not involve hands-on work with the cloud layer—the focus remains entirely on architecture at the enterprise level.
shaping and maintaining a coherent architecture for the ITSM domain,
evaluating, selecting, and overseeing tools and solutions supporting ITSM (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asset Management),
contributing to strategic planning based on the Flight Levels System Architecture (three levels of architectural planning),
collaborating with technical component teams and fellow enterprise architects,
communicating with diverse stakeholders and aligning their needs with the architectural vision,
ensuring compliance of tools and services with ISO certification standards,
balancing the development of new capabilities with the need to reduce technical debt.
