Flipp's Media Science team applies data analytics and insights to optimize advertising and marketing strategies across various media channels for maximum impact and ROI. As the Digital Media Specialist, you will manage and execute digital campaigns based on retailers’ objectives/KPI or off-app. You will be responsible for all aspects of campaign management, partner site communication, and delivering results to our internal team.  You will also manage pacing of campaigns and setting up in 3rd party systems. 

What you'll get the opportunity to do: 
  • Campaign Management
    • Responsible for campaign management and setup on 3rd party platforms.
    • Manage retailers budget and ensuring campaigns are pacing to retailers objective/KPI
    • Daily monitoring to ensure campaigns are tracking accordingly
  • Execution Excellence
    • Responsible for media execution to drive strong performance
    • Strong communication skills to work with 3rd party vendors on delivering results and providing recommendations
    • Coordinate efforts across the creative, content, sales and analytics team to drive business results and effectiveness.
  • Reporting and Troubleshooting
    • Create and analyze retailer reporting. This also includes verifying data and creating a story with data. Identifying opportunities for future improvement
    • Campaign troubleshooting, identify any campaign issues and provide a solution
  • Team & Process Improvement
    • Help with process and systems  improvement to improve the effectiveness of the execution of campaigns
    • Provide deeper context and help facilitate discussion to help team overcome issues. 
    • Cross-collaboration between media science, development, product and external teams to identify opportunities for improvement and troubleshoot problems on campaign performance or inefficiencies
    • Campaign troubleshooting, identify any campaign issues and work with team on providing a solution
What you'll bring to the team:
  • 1-2 years working in relevant industry/position (ie: digital, agency, or news media company) or equivalent practical experience

  • Some experience in project and process management
