We are seeking a skilled and driven Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney with 3–5 years of experience to join our high-performing and collaborative legal team. Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth legal research and factual investigations
Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda
Handle all aspects of discovery, including eDiscovery (Relativity experience preferred)
Take and defend depositions
Communicate effectively with clients and opposing counsel
Assist in mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations
Manage caseloads efficiently while meeting court deadlines
Collaborate with partners and other team members on litigation strategy

Job Qualifications

Required:

3–5 years of complex commercial litigation experience
Active bar license in relevant jurisdiction or willingness to obtain promptly
Strong legal writing and analytical skills
Experience with depositions, pleadings, motions, and client communications
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Proficient in eDiscovery tools; Relativity experience preferred

Preferred:

Background in employment-related litigation
Familiarity with AI-powered legal research tools (e.g., Casetext, Lexis+ AI)
Strong academic credentials
Demonstrated attention to detail and sound legal judgment

Salary & Benefits

Salary Range: $205,000 to $230,000 (for Denver, Oakland, Los Angeles, and Washington, DC locations only).
Salaries for other locations may vary based on market data.
