The Opportunity

At Worldline MS UK Limited, we are looking for a passionate Compliance Specialist with a knack for navigating regulatory landscapes. This role is tailor-made for a self-starter who thrives in a remote environment while maintaining strong connections with internal stakeholders. In your journey with us, you’ll support our critical regulatory compliance framework, ensuring we meet the obligations under the PSRs 2017 and FCA expectations, all within the exciting world of payments.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

• Maintain the firm's compliance framework aligned with PSRs 2017 and FCA requirements.
• Monitor UK and EU regulatory developments and implement necessary changes efficiently.
• Oversee outsourcing arrangements, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
• Draft and update internal compliance policies and procedures across key areas.
• Deliver elements of the Compliance Monitoring Plan, including assessments and reviews.
• Provide timely regulatory advice to internal teams, enhancing compliance understanding.

Who Are We Looking For

We are searching for individuals who exhibit big thinking, a can-do attitude, and a hunger to learn. Our ideal candidate will possess:

• At least 4 years’ experience in a compliance, legal, or regulatory role in the payments sector.
• Strong knowledge of the PSRs 2017 and relevant FCA Handbook sections for Payment Institutions.
• Experience managing compliance for outsourcing arrangements effectively.
• Self-motivation and capability to excel working independently in a remote setup.
• Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Availability to go to the office at least once a month.
