Job description

BUSINESS OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

ICF is seeking a Business Operations Specialist. In this role, you will work with ICF project managers and corporate services to support the ongoing operations of our justice, research, and victim service programs. This involves close coordination with corporate purchasing, subcontracts, accounts payable, reprographics, IT, and travel to implement key processes, keep project schedules and documentation up to date, and track and manage project tasks. This is a role for someone who likes to roll up their sleeves and really dive into the details. Successful candidates will be resourceful, self-motivated, and possess exceptional communication skills. Candidates should appreciate a collaborative environment while also able to be highly independent and driven to follow-up on tasks without prompting.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with corporate services such as purchasing, subcontracts, accounts payable, reprographics, IT, and travel.

  • Follow the project’s virtual meeting/event protocol to host and facilitate high quality training webinars, office hours, open forums, etc.

  • Support the Project Director, Senior Project Operations Specialist and Communications/ Outreach Coordinator with project tasks, as needed.

  • Support ongoing operations for justice, research, and victim service portfolio.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • 5+ years’ experience in administration and business operations.

  • 5+ years’ experience with state/federal agencies and/or community-based organizations.

  • US Citizenship is required per federal contract requirement.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.

The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:

$60,927.00 - $103,576.00
