Hello, we are AMBOSS and we are looking for a Financial Systems (ERP) Manager to join our team!

About AMBOSS

AMBOSS is a learning and clinical decision support tool striving to empower physicians across the globe to provide the best possible care. Our founders set out in 2011 to create a tool that they would have hoped to have as medical students and doctors. Since then we have grown to currently operate in 180 countries and have gained immense traction in Germany and the US. Currently, we are pursuing this mission with more than 500+ employees in our offices in Berlin, Cologne, New York, and Cagliari.

You Will
  • Coordinate ERP implementations, upgrades, and integrations with external partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data, Finance, Accounting, HR, Shop) to define requirements and optimize system usage.
  • Oversee project roadmaps, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Manage system configurations, user access, and security settings.
  • Maintain data accuracy through regular audits and implement process improvements.
  • Build and maintain reporting tools and dashboards, leveraging SQL and other analytics solutions.
  • Provide training and support for internal teams, fostering adoption of new tools and workflows.
You Bring
  • 2+ years’ experience with ERP systems or financial system management.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • A strong grasp of business/finance processes, ideally with exposure to German accounting.
  • Analytical skills, including proficiency with SQL and advanced spreadsheet functions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable with cross-department collaboration.
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus (C1 for reading legal regulations is highly beneficial).
  • Knowledge of Process and AI Automation is a big plus.
