We are looking for a Product Manager with the 10x impact mindset and a track record of driving new product features from concept to successful launch, market adoption, and customer outcome realization.
This is an integral role with the opportunity of making a huge impact for ServiceTitan contractors by enabling self-service to their customers as an extension of the great customer experience they already offer. Our contractors' customer base can range from commercial property managers to residential homeowners. What you'll do:
Contribute to a collaborative product team, helping to define the vision and strategic roadmap for ServiceTitan’s mobile applications.
Execute effectively across all areas of the product life cycle, including research, concept, user stories, development, go-to-market, adoption, outcomes, and impact.
Conduct research and discovery into ServiceTitan’s existing capabilities, working closely with Subject Matter Experts to understand and address the needs of various customer personas, including owners, office managers, and technicians.
Collaborate with designers to generate design concepts that delight customers, perform UX research and validation, and create development-ready requirements.
Work with mobile Product Managers and Engineers to validate the feasibility of requirements, make adjustments, estimate the level of effort, and prioritize against a continuously changing list of priorities.
Present new mockups and features to internal and external stakeholders for validation and generating excitement.
Understand and prioritize user needs based on customer analytics, user research, and competitive analysis.
Manage the backlog of features and enhancements for clients, communicating timing and status to internal teams and customers.
Assess customer escalations, understand their impact on the roadmap, and allocate resources for resolution accordingly.
Collaborate with the QA team to prioritize product defects/bugs and provide guidance to the development team on expected behavior.
Drive success and adoption of your products by working closely with product marketing managers in creating internal and external go-to-market and adoption plans
What you'll bring:
3-6 years experience, with at least 2 years in a product management role
Experience with native mobile app development a plus
Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills
Strong analytical skills and making decisions based on data
Proven ability to deliver on commitments and timelines
Prior experience bringing SaaS B2B products from conception to launch
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and globally distributed environment, and manage multiple competing priorities
Experience with agile development methodologies like Scrum
Prior experience developing customer portal software is a strong plus.
4-year degree from a top university

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $113,100 USD - $151,300 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.EVO | W12
