Job Summary:
The RTM Chargeback Specialist is responsible for reviewing the chargebacks disputed by vendors and ensuring accurate chargebacks in accordance with vendor agreements. This role plays a key part in maintaining healthy vendor relationships, review the chargeback disputes and supporting operational efficiency within the finance teams. The ideal candidate has experience in retail operations, understands vendor compliance standards, and is comfortable working with cross-functional teams and large datasets.
