The Role:
This is a pivotal role within our performance marketing team, offering hands-on involvement in campaign execution, optimization, and cross-channel support. You'll collaborate with channel leads, creative, analytics, and growth teams to directly accelerate growth across Paid Social, Search, Video, and emerging platforms.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Execution & Optimization

  • Assist in launching, monitoring, and optimizing paid media campaigns across diverse channels (Search, Social, Video, etc.).
  • Implement audience targeting, bidding strategies, and creative testing to enhance campaign performance.
  • Maintain campaign hygiene, monitor pacing, troubleshoot issues, and refine setups for optimal efficiency.

Strategic Support & Innovation:

  • Conduct competitive research and analysis to inform channel strategies and identify growth opportunities.
  • Support new channel pilots, campaign experiments, and ad variation testing to drive innovation.
  • Contribute to structuring cross-channel initiatives, including testing frameworks and reporting processes.
  • Collaborate with the creative team on ad ideation, iteration, and asset deployment.
  • Propose and test new strategies that rapidly increase key performance indicators.
  • Identify and implement high-impact growth strategies across new and existing channels.

Performance Tracking & Budget Management:

  • Analyze campaign data and performance trends, extracting actionable insights for optimization.
  • Assist in budget tracking and spend pacing, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Partner with analytics teams to enhance tracking accuracy and reporting consistency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Execution:

  • Collaborate closely with Performance Media Channel Leads to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Support coordination with creative, analytics, and marketing operations teams.
  • Maintain clear documentation and contribute to workflow improvements for enhanced collaboration.

 

Qualifications:

  • 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of media buying strategies, audience targeting, ad creative best practices, and performance optimization.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing decisions.
  • Proficiency in paid media dashboards, reporting tools, and budget tracking processes.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and implement proactive growth strategies.

USA Salary Range (OTE)
$80,000$104,000 USD
