Job description

Overview:

As an Sales Manager at Sky2C, you will manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, while collaborating with and leading an SDR. Your focus will be on acquiring new business, nurturing existing accounts, and establishing Sky2C as the go-to logistics partner for mid to enterprise-level clients.

Requirements:  

  • 2–5 years of experience as an Account Executive or Sales Manager in freight forwarding, logistics, & B2B sales.

  • Experience managing or collaborating with SDRs is a strong plus.

  • Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets and successfully close mid-to-large deals.

  • Familiarity with supply chain, 3PL, freight forwarding, and global trade is preferred.

  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot and sales automation platforms.

  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and written communication skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities:  

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure, ensuring pipeline health and meeting revenue quotas.

  • Collaborate with SDRs to generate leads, qualify opportunities, and achieve sales KPIs.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, conducting discovery calls to identify and address client needs.

  • Mentor and guide SDRs to optimize lead generation and outreach efforts, ensuring alignment with sales goals.

  • Work closely with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and pricing, to deliver tailored logistics solutions.

  • Maintain accurate CRM records, forecast sales revenue, and provide regular performance updates.

  • Analyze sales metrics to refine strategies and improve processes.
