Struxur (aka Utility Sales) is a multiple line independent sales organization representing manufacturers in the power utility and telecommunication industry. We call on a wide variety of end users, distributors, and engineers in the power utility and teleco markets.

 

The Position:  

We’re looking for a collaborative high energy team member that thrives on finding the win-win – right solution for the customer’s needs and right business for StruXur a division of Forward Solutions. As a Business Development Specialist, you would be charged with growing and supporting an existing book of business which results in delivering a safer and more productive workplace for customers.

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years' Sales Support/Business Development/Account Management experience
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Sales Pipeline Management

Responsibilities:  

  • Detailed manufacturer communications.
  • Expert Level Customer Relations.  Manages existing customer expectations while expanding reach and depth into assigned territory.
  • Outside Sales Support.  
  • Planning and Projects
  • Assist with Order Inquires and Management
  • Lead Qualification and follow up.  Prospects, qualifies, and generates sales within the company’s established distribution channels.
  • Build Sales in Collaboration with Field Sales.
  • Leverages the CRM system to document customer interactions and optimize the sales pipeline.
  • Uses phone, email, and video conference tools to conduct sales activities and educate customers on product benefits.
  • Remain knowledgeable and up to date on changes and developments with our partner manufacturers and distributors.

Starting pay is $60,000.

Remote candidates can be located anywhere in the US except Alaska, California, Connecticut, Colorado, Hawaii, Maine, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New York, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Vermont and Wyoming.
