We are looking for a highly motivated Technical Program Manager who can lead large, strategic, and complex projects across our product, engineering, and design team!  This position demands self-motivation, a strong sense of ownership, and collaboration with engineers, product managers, designers, and customer-facing colleagues. This role will have varying objectives - from driving delivery of product features to facilitating process improvements. You may be a great fit for this role if you:

 Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives and cross-team projects with limited guidance, focused on tactical time frames.

  • Manage reporting tools & report creation of key engineering operation metrics for key stakeholders on a timely & recurring cadence

  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers across several teams

  • Collaborate with tool vendor to ensure engineering metrics are accurate & customized for our use cases

  • Work within an Agile software development life cycle

  • Be product-minded and think about the customer

  • Integrate knowledge of product vision and functionality into development efforts to ensure that the technical solution fulfills business needs.

  • Create and maintain a detailed program plan, including several projects with various timelines and dependencies

  • Be outcome-focused and think about the customer impact

  • Ensure visibility into program progress reporting to stakeholders 

  • Drive the resolution of blockers and the remediation of risks to delivery

Attributes for a successful candidate:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a technical industry such as engineering, IT, etc.

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Experience working on SaaS web applications

  • Experience with Jira

  • PMP, Agile Certified Practitioner or Scrum certified/experienced

  • Ability to deal with ambiguous/under-defined problems and take initiative to identify and execute on a  solution

  • Strong communicator to technical and non-technical audiences

  • Proficient in identifying, communicating, and mitigating risks for projects.

  • Fully proficient in authoring and communicating status updates and risk assessments for multiple projects

  • Understands what makes an effective process and can modify individual project team processes to meet the needs at hand

  • Motivation to work hard and always be learning

 Preferred

  • PMP, Agile Certified Practitioner, or Scrum certified
