• 7+ years of experience managing technical programs, with at least 5 years focused on network infrastructure.
• Proven experience leading large-scale network initiatives, including LAN/WAN, cloud networking, and security projects.
• Strong understanding of networking protocols, technologies, and best practices (e.g., BGP, OSPF, MPLS, SD-WAN, VPNs).
• Hands-on experience working with cloud networking platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and integrating them with on-premises systems.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocation for large, complex programs.
• Demonstrated experience with risk management, dependency tracking, and issue resolution within technical programs.

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Program Manager with expertise in network infrastructure to oversee and manage large-scale network programs. The ideal candidate will act as a Network Subject Matter Expert (SME) and will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, driving technical projects, and ensuring successful delivery of network initiatives. This role will require extensive experience in managing network-related programs, including LAN/WAN, cloud networking, and security. You will work closely with engineering, operations, and leadership teams to drive the successful implementation of network solutions that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Network SME and lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of large-scale network programs, including LAN/WAN, cloud networking, and network security initiatives.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and security teams to ensure that network solutions meet business requirements, are scalable, and align with industry best practices.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of network projects, including defining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure that network infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and new implementations are successfully executed within budget and on time.
- Develop and maintain program roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business priorities and technology strategies.
- Identify potential risks, dependencies, and obstacles, and proactively develop mitigation plans to ensure successful program outcomes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all network-related program activities, providing regular updates and reporting to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Drive process improvements to streamline project delivery, reduce operational costs, and improve overall network reliability and performance.
- Ensure compliance with network security and regulatory standards during the implementation of infrastructure projects.
- Mentor and guide technical teams in best practices related to program management, networking technologies, and process improvement.

- Familiarity with network security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
- Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with DevOps principles.
- 5+ years of experience in building and maintaining standards, reporting, and dashboards within Jira.
