About the Role

As a Marketing Specialist, you'll be the go-to person for driving growth through digital marketing initiatives. You will take ownership of our SEO strategy, email marketing, webinars, podcasts, and other key outreach channels that build visibility and drive qualified engagement. This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and inbound traffic.
  • Lead digital marketing campaigns that support company growth and lead generation
  • Manage and promote webinars, podcasts, virtual events, and online meetups
  • Plan and run newsletter campaigns to engage and grow our audience
  • Ensure consistent brand presence across all digital platforms
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, leadership) to align on goals
  • Monitor performance metrics, generate insights, and continuously improve campaigns
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in growth and digital marketing

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital or growth marketing
  • Proven success with SEO, lead generation, and digital engagement
  • Experience managing webinars, podcasts, and newsletters end-to-end
  • Proficient with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, or similar
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote environment
