As a key member of the Product Team, you will help define and build the next generation of a market-leading product. You will develop a deep understanding of the category, market, competitors, and users to help build features and capabilities that maintain a competitive edge, delight users, increase engagement, and ultimately grow adoption and revenue.
What you'll be working on:Product Strategy:Develop a long-term vision for market leadership, incorporating market shifts, user feedback, competitive analysis, and company strategyFormulate short-term plans to increase product revenue, adoption, and market shareProduct Roadmap Management:Create, manage, and own the product roadmap for assigned product featuresCross-Functional Collaboration:Collaborate closely with UX design, engineering, product marketing, customer experience, and IT teams.Align focus and coordinate efforts to ensure timely product deliveryUser Experience Enhancement:Conduct primary and secondary user research to understand user behavior, needs, and pain points.Work with the design team to create engaging, high-converting user experiencesData-Driven Approach:Align product roadmaps with company strategy and key business metrics.Validate strategies through experimentation and data analysisRequirements Definition:Define detailed and clear product requirement documents for new products, features, and bug fixes.Ensure alignment with the development team to facilitate smooth implementationPrioritization:Use the RICE framework to prioritize the product backlog effectively.Ensure high-priority items are addressed promptlyEngineering Collaboration:Work closely with engineering teams to ensure product features are built to scale and meet performance requirementsPerformance Metrics:Define and track key product performance metrics to measure success and impactAgile Mindset:Embrace Agile methods by breaking tasks into achievable parts, creating MVPs for faster development and testing features to meet established success metricsBachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, computer science, or engineering5+ years in product management for a self-serve SaaS product in fields such as HR Tech, FinTech, or other sectors serving non-technical business usersProven experience in launching and managing multiple features throughout the product lifecycle: research, discovery, release, adoption, and retention.Deep technical knowledge and experience with building integrations and APIsSound understanding of agentic and generative AI conceptsExperience building and launching new products or featuresAbility to analyze data, develop hypotheses, and validate through experimentsExperience working with cross-functional teams to successfully launch productsExperience developing products and features with high user adoptionExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teamsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and analyze data to inform product decisionsFamiliarity with product development methodologies such as Agile or ScrumKnowledge of industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscapeUnderstanding of technical concepts and the ability to work closely with engineering teamsProfessional working proficiency in English (B2-C1)Nice to have:Polish language skills (B1-B2 proficiency)What we offer:
