  • 6:00 am to 3:00 pm, Philippines time, Monday to Friday.

About the Role

As a Technical Lead Qualification Specialist, you will directly report to the Australian-based Lead Estimator and Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in identifying sales opportunities, managing leads, ensuring CRM accuracy, and delivering a top-notch client experience in collaboration with our estimating team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct proactive research via EstimateOne, BCI Lead Manager, LinkedIn, and government websites.
  • Manage and qualify inbound sales leads efficiently by looking at building plans.
  • Accurately identify project scope and quote requirements for the Lead Estimator.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy for all client interactions.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and respond to inbound inquiries within 4 hours.
  • Implement new lead generation strategies quarterly.
  • Provide market research insights monthly.
  • Support sales meetings and contribute actionable insights.
  • Perform administrative tasks to support the sales team.
     

Position Prerequisites

  • 5+ years in Sales Support, CRM Management, or Lead Qualification
  • Experience working with Australian clients in a commercial construction or building industry is a must.
  • Familiarity with architectural plans is a strong advantage
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter attitude with attention to detail
