Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Lead Follow-Up Specialist to manage, track, and engage leads throughout the sales pipeline. You'll be responsible for maintaining clean and up-to-date CRM records, initiating outreach to unresponsive leads, and supporting the acquisition team in moving prospects through the funnel. If you thrive in a structured, sales-driven environment and are confident communicating with leads via phone, text, and email, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize leads in Salesforce, ensuring they are in the correct follow-up stages.
  • Reach out to unengaged leads via phone, text, or email.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records through data entry and regular updates.
  • Collaborate with the acquisitions team to keep leads moving through the sales process.
  • Support follow-up processes, scheduling, and reminders as needed.


Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in phone-based lead follow-up or CRM-based outreach.
  • Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Gmail, Google Sheets, HelloSign, and Slack.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management.
  • General understanding of real estate terminology and sales processes.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience in real estate or property-related industries.
  • Prior role in lead management, inside sales, or CRM coordination.
