This is a rare opportunity to take full P&L ownership of major projects ,overseeing complex programmes across the UK. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping some of the nation's most iconic smart developments, driving the transition to sustainable, data-led building environments.

The Role

This is a high-impact role suited to a commercially driven leader with a passion for smart technologies and large-scale project delivery.

You will be responsible for:

Developing and delivering the major projects strategy in collaboration with the MD and senior leadership team.
Leading and motivating a skilled engineering and delivery team to achieve excellence in performance, quality, and client satisfaction.
Partnering with the sales function to grow market share within the UK's new-build construction sector.
Managing forecasting, budgeting, and resource planning to ensure strong financial and operational outcomes.
Building and nurturing long-term client relationships while ensuring best-in-class project execution and governance.

About You

We're looking for a confident and strategic IoT leader with deep expertise in project and operational management-ideally within Smart Buildings, BEMS, or the wider building technology space.

You will bring:

A strong track record of senior-level leadership in the construction, energy, or building controls sector.
Proven experience delivering major projects, with an ability to drive commercial performance and operational efficiency.
Sharp business acumen with an analytical mindset and clear understanding of P&L, forecasting, and KPIs.
Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
A full UK driving licence and the flexibility to travel across sites nationwide.
