Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Partner who will manage the entire recruitment cycle—from the first contact with the client to job placement. This is a fully commission-based opportunity with a remote and flexible working model. The ideal candidate will confidently represent our brand and build trusted, long-term partnerships with clients under the umbrella of a corporate, and professional recruitment company.


What You Will Do: 


  • Establish first contact with potential clients and introduce our services
  • Understand client needs, provide tailored recruitment solutions, and prepare proposals
  • Manage contract negotiations and secure client agreements
  • Work on active job roles, source qualified candidates, and manage the entire placement process
