Your Role
As a Director, People with Evergreen Nephrology, you plan and oversee all human resources functional operations, including compensation, benefits, performance management, employee relations, engagement, culture, and compliance. You serve as an advisor to management on matters related to talent development, organizational performance, engagement and culture, and leadership. You drive people-related projects from strategic development through implementation across the organization.
This role manages a team of two and reports to the SVP, People at Evergreen Nephrology.

Compensation
The pay range for this role is $165,000 to $185,000 annually. Exact pay is determined based on experience, education, demand for role, and other role-specific criteria.
This role is also eligible for an annual bonus.
