About the Role
We're seeking a highly process-oriented Product Operations Manager to drive excellence in our product development lifecycle and to help us scale our operations and enhance our product delivery. The Product Operations Manager will be a critical bridge between our product, technology, and service delivery teams. In this role, you will be responsible for the process, systems, and tools our Product Management team uses in the development, launch, and maintenance of our technology solutions.
Responsibilities
Process Design & Optimization: Develop, document, and implement scalable operational processes for product delivery and service operations
AI & Technology Integration: Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to automate repetitive tasks, enhance bug detection, and improve development processes
Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement; create dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics
Prioritization Framework: Create frameworks for prioritization of different problems or ideas
Issue Triage: Establish effective triage processes for issues of varying criticality levels
Operational Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve operational issues, driving root cause analysis and implementing preventive measures
Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement by regularly reviewing and refining operational processes
Scalability Planning: Develop strategies for scaling operations to support business growth and increasing product complexity
Change Management: Lead the implementation of new processes, tools, and technologies across the organization
Documentation & Training: Create comprehensive documentation of operational processes and provide training to product management team members
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Service Delivery teams to align product functionality with operational needs
Product Releases: Communicate releases and updates to internal teams and customers
This is a people manager position
Requirements
3+ years of experience in operations, product management, or related roles within technology or technology-enabled services companies (healthcare experience not a requirement!)
Strong organizational and planning skills with ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with technical teams including engineers, analysts, designers, and product managers
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Experience with process design, implementation, and optimization
Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and synthesize feedback from diverse stakeholder groups
Proficiency with productivity and project management tools (e.g., Clickup, Freshservice)

This role is eligible for health insurance, life insurance, retirement benefits, participation in the company’s equity program, paid time off, including vacation and sick leave. The actual offer will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by relevant business considerations, including the final candidate’s qualifications, years of experience, skillset, and geographic location. The expected salary range for this position is:
$157,000 - $179,000 Annually
