What experience is important to us:

  • Experience in the iGaming niche or related niches

  • 3+ years of work in management positions

  • Outstanding organizational and leadership qualities, as well as competence in strategic planning and business development

  • Strong analytical skills, ability to use data to make business decisions

  • Deep understanding of financial business processes;

  • Assessment of enterprise risks, ensuring their control and minimization

  • Excellent communication skills;

  • Availability of knowledge in related fields (finance, law, marketing)

  • Management of a team of 500+ employees

  • Ensuring product development and profitability
