Job Requirements:

  • 2.5-5 years of experience in sales lead generation, ideally in a B2B environment. 
  • Strong communication skills, including phone and email outreach, with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients. 
  • Proficiency in CRM software, managing pipelines, and reporting on lead status. 
  • Proven ability to generate leads and meet targets, with a strong focus on driving new business.

Core responsibilities:

  • Call provided leads and generate and qualify leads for the solar business by creating and managing cold call/email campaigns, following up on inquiries, and networking through various channels.
  • Develop targeted lists of potential clients, identifying key decision-makers and initiating contact to introduce solar solutions and schedule appointments. 
  • Engage in cold calling and email outreach to generate interest and move leads through the sales pipeline. 
  • Maintain and update the CRM with detailed records of interactions, progress, and next steps for each lead. 
  • Collaborate with the sales team to pass along qualified leads and schedule appointments for final sales discussions. Analyze lead generation efforts and provide insights.
