Job description

We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our team in Hong Kong.

In this role, you will lead high-impact projects, work with international teams, and implement solutions that drive technological advancements. Ideal candidates are adept at navigating fast-paced environments, prioritizing effectively, and executing large-scale projects with precision.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
Build a detailed project plan covering timelines, budget, milestones, and resource allocation
Develop strategies for risk identification and mitigation to ensure project success
Regularly update stakeholders on project progress and manage expectations
Keep project expenditures within the approved budget

Requirements

At least 10 years of experience in project management, particularly in Fixed Price project delivery management
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
Proficiency with Agile delivery management and capable of balancing multiple project deliveries
Proven expertise in handling large-scale, cross-functional IT projects
Strong skills in managing project risks including identification, monitoring, and resolution
Advanced proficiency in English (B2+/C1)

Nice to have

Background in ERP migrations, specifically from Microsoft AX to Dynamics 365
Familiarity with Azure Cloud Integration
Understanding of the retail domain
Capability to communicate in Cantonese
