Our client is searching for a Global Diversity & Inclusion Officer who will drive the organization’s diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategy on a global scale. This position is vital in influencing the organizational culture and promoting ethically sound business practices while ensuring that diversity and inclusion initiatives align with the company’s overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global DEI strategy that fosters strategic initiatives in workforce diversity, workplace culture, and community engagement.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to establish measurable goals for diversity and inclusion efforts.
  • Lead the creation and facilitation of training programs and workshops aimed at enhancing awareness and understanding of DEI across the organization.
  • Analyze and report on DEI metrics to assess progress and impact, using data to drive decision-making.
  • Implement outreach strategies to engage with diverse communities and potential candidates.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for DEI-related inquiries and initiatives, connecting with stakeholders across various regions.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices to enhance the organization's DEI policies and practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior-level role focused on diversity and inclusion, preferably in a global context.
  • Strong understanding of DEI principles, strategies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and advocate for diversity initiatives.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting on DEI metrics to illustrate progress and drive accountability.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, social sciences, or related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications in diversity and inclusion or organizational development are a plus.
