[Job-21414] Senior Data Visualization Analyst, Colombia

We are seeking a dedicated Data Visualization Analyst  to join our software engineering team and contribute to the development and enhancement of a cloud-based dashboard application powered by a globally distributed IoT system. This position will effectively own the Tableau environment from a content  perspective, serve as a technical resource for our data analysts in various functional areas, and work closely with the Data Platform Engineering organization to optimize, secure, and enhance  the value of our self-hosted Tableau environment. 

 - Monitor the performance of the Tableau Server environment and recommend optimization opportunities 

 - Participate in the planning and execution of a migration to Tableau Cloud 

- Diagnose and resolve dashboard performance issues related to live queries, extracts, etc. 

- Design and implement platform integrations including data source connections, observability, etc. 

- Collaborate with data analysts to build visualizations, dashboards and reports 

- Collaborate with data analysts and data engineers to optimize live queries into extracts to enhance dashboard performance 

- Curate Tableau Sites, Spaces and Collections 

 Skills and Requirements 

- Advanced proficiency with Tableau Server, Desktop and Cloud 

 - Advanced proficiency with Tableau Dimensions, Measures and Calculations 

- Snowflake/MSSQL (SQL/TSQL, query performance, etc.) 

- Okta/SSO/SAML for Tableau 

-  Monte Carlo/Tableau Dashboard Integration
