We are currently seeking a Senior Immigration Paralegal to join our dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented, highly experienced legal professional to play a critical role in managing complex immigration cases and mentoring junior paralegals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Independently handle a full caseload of family-based and employment-based immigration matters, including but not limited to:

    • Adjustment of Status (AOS)

    • Consular Processing

    • Naturalization & Citizenship

    • H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, and other nonimmigrant petitions

    • PERM Labor Certifications and I-140 petitions

    • I-601A and I-601 waivers

    • VAWA, U Visas, TPS, and asylum filings

    • EOIR removal work in ECAS

    • Etc.

  • Review and prepare immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documentation

  • Conduct detailed legal and factual research and draft client correspondence and legal memos

  • Interface with clients to collect documents, provide updates, and clarify case procedures

  • Monitor case progress and deadlines, maintaining internal case management systems

  • Liaise with USCIS, NVC, EOIR, and other immigration agencies

  • Supervise and mentor junior paralegals and legal assistants, ensuring quality and compliance

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of full-time immigration paralegal experience in a U.S. immigration law firm

  • Strong knowledge of family-based, humanitarian, and employment-based immigration procedures

  • Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate preferred

  • Exceptional writing, research, and organizational skills

  • High attention to detail and ability to manage a high-volume caseload with accuracy

  • Proficiency in case management software (e.g., LawLogix, INSZoom, Docketwise, etc.)

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • Bilingual (especially Spanish, Hindi, Gujarati, or Mandarin) is a strong plus
