Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts with a 1-hour unpaid break. Start times are flexible at 6, 7, or 8 AM Arizona Time, ending 9 hours later.

Job Description:
  • Manage email communications and help continued development of response automation
  • Assist with social media management and content scheduling
  • Use CRM software (Pipedrive) to track and follow up with potential clients
  • Schedule training sessions using specialized software (Vagaro)
  • Support the creation and organization of training materialsHandle general administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations
  • Assist with content development projects as needed
  • Support content creation and social media efforts- Facebook, Instagram, using Canva
  • Help streamline business processes and improve efficiency
  • Communicate with the founder throughout the shift via Whatsapp, Zoom, Asana
  • Complete EOD report
  • Track billable hours in Asana


Requirements
  • Proficiency in PipeDrive, Canva
  • Must show up to your shift on time
  • Must communicate in all aspects, including when you are sick, when you don't know what to do, updates on tasks and what time is being spent on
  • Must be willing and able to learn new skills and programs and to then demonstrate competency- these are paid learning opportunities, all resources provided 
  • Must show task ownership with emphasis on the end product 
  • Must be able to stay awake, alert, and engaged the whole shift 
  • Expect to be completing tasks, learning, or planning for the entire shift. The work will be done during the scheduled shift time. 
  • Must give examples of having a program or project that they were responsible for managing or assessing
  • Must have understanding of how you learn and give examples of something new you've learned and then mastered in the last 12-18 months
  • This job is not suitable for someone who intends to work as VA for 2 or more businesses during the same working hours
