This is a remote position.

JOB DESCRIPTION: SOCIAL MEDIA ENGAGEMENT SPECIALIST


Scope:

  • Monday to Friday, 1pm to 5pm UK time
  • Remote work arrangement
  • Direct reporting to business owner
  • Access to and management of client’s social media accounts
  • Responsibility for all engagement-related activities across social platforms

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily social media engagement across all platforms
  • Execute follow/unfollow strategies to grow account presence
  • Monitor and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
  • Initiate and maintain conversations with followers to build relationships
  • Engage with relevant accounts to increase brand visibility
  • Ensure no comments or engagement opportunities are missed
  • Support algorithm optimization through strategic engagement activities
  • Maintain brand voice and tone in all interactions

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media engagement and community management
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms and engagement strategies
  • Excellent written communication skills in English
  • Ability to maintain consistent brand voice and messaging
  • Experience working in relevant time zones
  • Self-motivated with strong time management skills
  • Previous experience with coaching or personal development brands preferred
