Project Manager - Brand Onboarding

Job Duties:

  • Be accountable for project timelines, resource management, and the development of overall project workflows.
  • Coordinate across departments to ensure seamless collaboration between design, technical, and client-facing teams.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, set clear deliverables, and milestones, and report progress to key stakeholders.
  • Continuously assess and manage risks, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
  • Track and report on project progress, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Ensure that all projects are aligned with EyeCarePros commitment to quality, innovation, and client-focused value.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on brand onboarding or similar initiatives.
  • Skills: Proven experience in managing complex projects from inception to completion, with a strong ability to drive processes and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, or similar).
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills. Strong problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to project management.
  • Certifications (Preferred): Six Sigma certification (not required but preferred).
  • Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.

Additional Notes:

The position is fully remote. However, candidates are required to have:

  • Their own computer, monitors, and necessary work equipment.
  • A quiet, dedicated workspace.
  • A stable high-speed internet connection.
  • Load-shedding equipment (if applicable in your location).
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.

This position has been created to address the growing needs of our onboarding team. Currently, project managers are split between multiple brands, each managing 23 projects.
