Project Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of various IT projects for our clients. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee multiple IT projects from initiation to completion
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders to ensure project goals and objectives are met
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and budget constraints
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
• Manage project resources, including team members and external vendors
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and act as the main point of contact for project-related inquiries
• Provide guidance and support to project team members and ensure they have the necessary resources and tools to complete their tasks effectively
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and clients
• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to increase project efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the IT industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing external vendors
• PMP certification is a plus.
