Job description

This is a remote position.

Work Schedule: Flexible hours, up to 40 hours per week, but mostly Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm EST with 1 hour unpaid break (8 paid hours per day)

Job Description

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Marketing and Administrative Coordinator to join our mission of inspiring the next generation of builders and creators. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in supporting our educational programs while managing crucial marketing and operational initiatives. You’ll work directly with the founder to establish and improve processes, manage client communications, and help expand our educational impact across communities.

Responsibilities
  • Drive marketing initiatives through social media management and email campaigns
  • Create and customize promotional materials for educational events and programs
  • Maintain and optimize our CRM system to ensure smooth client relationships
  • Coordinate program scheduling and client communications
  • Assist in developing and documenting business processes and procedures
  • Support daily operations and administrative tasks
  • Conduct research to identify growth opportunities and program improvements
  • Help streamline and organize business operations
  • Collaborate on creating efficient workflows and standard operating procedures
  • Manage and update digital assets and marketing templates
Requirements
  • Proven experience with CRM systems and database management
  • Strong design skills with proficiency in graphic design software
  • Experience with social media management and email marketing
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency with Mac OS environment
  • Experience with educational or youth programs is a plus
  • Ability to maintain regular business hours in Eastern Time Zone
  • Commitment to supporting educational initiatives and youth development
  •  well-versed, or able to learn automation platforms like Make and Zapier.
