We are currently seeking an HRIS Analyst to support and enhance our HRIS System, Workday and help ensure data quality, process efficiency, and impactful reporting across the HR organization.
The HRIS Analyst plays a key role in supporting multiple HR departments by maintaining system integrity, developing user-friendly tools and documentation, and helping leadership make data-driven decisions.
Support HR system needs across departments including Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Learning & Development, Legal, and Employee Relations
Design user-friendly manuals and document HRIS procedures
Maintain internal database files and tables, ensuring data accuracy and security
Provide day-to-day support and guidance for end users and HR leaders
Assist with vendor research as needed
Train users on systems and new processes
Perform data modeling, analysis, and reporting to generate insights for decision-making
Ensure system compliance with data protection and privacy laws
Assess customer needs and respond to requests for data or system-related support
Generate and maintain custom reports and dashboards from HR systems
Collaborate on workflow improvements and special HRIS projects
Maintain confidentiality and data security at all times
Provide exceptional customer service and support in a collaborative team environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Active listening and critical thinking skills
Time management and organizational skills
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Prior experience in compensation, analytics, or HR reporting is a plus
