About the Role
Drips is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy IT & HR Operations Coordinator to serve as a vital link between our IT and HR teams part time. This role ensures seamless onboarding for new hires, supports internal training initiatives, and helps optimize processes that enhance both employee experience and technical operations. You’ll be the first point of contact on new employees’ first day, setting the tone with a smooth onboarding walkthrough and support experience.
