We are looking for a Governance Secretary to join Capita Pensions Solutions. You will provide secretarial, clerical and administrative support to the team. Be responsible for providing performance reporting and maintaining updates of risks.

Key Accountabilities
Secretarial support
Schedule client facing meetings and ensure all required equipment and resources are available.
Take minutes of the meetings, arrange Chair approval and distribute to meeting attendees in a timely manner
Compile agendas and meeting documentation and circulate to attendees in advance on the meeting
Retain oversight of actions and governance deliverables to ensure that they are dealt with in a timely, consistent manner
Provide reminders to ensure that actions and reports/MI/data submissions are submitted on time as agreed and to make the Head of Governance & Risk aware when deadlines are missed
Collate responses from the Senior Management team and business areas for the Client reporting. Review and challenge reporting accuracy, ensuring consistency
Carry out quality check for presentation purposes before presentation to either the client, internal and external customers
Deal with Client/stakeholder queries
Essential
Experience of working in a secretarial or executive assistant role with exposure to Board level interaction that included administration support
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in the use of MS Office packages
Organisational ability
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work.
Ability to work effectively as a member of a team
