Unicorn Role Overview:
We are actively building our talent pool for skilled Executive Assistants who excel at providing high-level administrative support to executives and teams. This evergreen position means we are constantly hiring and screening qualified candidates for upcoming client opportunities. What You’ll Do:

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Organize travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, and handle expense reports.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist with email management, communication follow-ups, and inbox organization.
  • Support project coordination and task tracking across departments.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and summarize action items.
  • Conduct online research and prepare reports or documents as needed.
  • Provide general administrative support to executive leadership.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and task/project management tools.
  • Self-starter who is resourceful, adaptable, and able to work independently.
  • Experience working in remote environments preferred.

Tools You’ll Use:

  • Calendars & Documents: Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar), Microsoft Office Suite
  • Communication: Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams (or similar)
  • Task & Project Management: Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Monday.com (or similar)
  • Email Management: Gmail, Outlook
  • CRMs: HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive (or similar)

Time Commitment & Schedule:

  • Full-Time or Part-Time (based on client needs)
  • Schedule: TBD, aligned with client’s time zone (typically US-based)
