Job description


We are seeking a dynamic and proactive executive Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing various administrative tasks efficiently. As a General VA, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our operations by handling a diverse range of responsibilities including research, administrative duties, appointment setting, travel booking, event coordination, email correspondence, and basic bookkeeping.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research on various topics, including processes of specific government agencies in the Philippines.
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as file management, document organization, and data entry.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars effectively.
  • Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Coordinate and organize events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Respond to emails and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain basic bookkeeping records, including expense tracking and invoice management.
  • Manage Social Media Accounts
  • Work directly with executives, including the CEO, to provide administrative support and ensure efficient operation of their responsibilities.
  • Other relevant tasks

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with basic bookkeeping principles is a plus.
  • Prior experience in research and administrative tasks related to government agencies in the Philippines is preferred but not required.
  • Must be willing to travel if necessary for events.
  • Must be located in Metro Manila.
