What You’ll Do:

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
Organize travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, and handle expense reports.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Assist with email management, communication follow-ups, and inbox organization.
Support project coordination and task tracking across departments.
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and summarize action items.
Conduct online research and prepare reports or documents as needed.
Provide general administrative support to executive leadership.

Requirements

2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and task/project management tools.
Self-starter who is resourceful, adaptable, and able to work independently.
Experience working in remote environments preferred.
