This is a remote position.

Job Title: SEO Specialist (Part-Time)
Location: Remote
Hours: 10 hours per week (Flexible)
Working Hours: Flexible work schedule, but must be available for occasional communication during AEST business hours (9 AM - 5 PM)

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and motivated SEO Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely and set your own hours, with a commitment of 10 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of search engine optimization, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for growing web traffic and improving organic search rankings.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for organic growth.

  • Optimize on-page elements (meta tags, headings, URL structure, internal linking) to improve organic search visibility.

  • Perform regular SEO audits to ensure site performance, accessibility, and indexation.

  • Develop and implement off-page SEO strategies, including link-building campaigns.

  • Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or similar platforms.

  • Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-friendly content that drives organic traffic.

  • Track and report on SEO performance, providing actionable insights for improvement.

  • Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.



Requirements
  • Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role with a track record of improving organic rankings and traffic.

  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs).

  • Familiarity with website structure, schema markup, and technical SEO best practices.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate remotely with team members.

  • Strong time management and ability to work independently.

  • Experience with both on-page and off-page SEO strategies.

  • Ability to work effectively with flexible hours, with occasional availability for communication during AEST business hours.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the online gaming, sports betting, or related industries.

  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles and their impact on SEO.

  • Familiarity with website content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).

  • An understanding of link-building techniques, outreach, and relationship-building strategies.
