We're looking for a Mobile User Acquisition Manager to hands-on manage user acquisition campaigns and to work closely with the creative, analytics, and product teams.


What you will be working on:

  • Lead and own newly released games from their early stage toward worldwide success, driving their growth while maximizing profitability
  • Collaborate with the different teams; creative team to co-direct and optimize creative strategy, product team to communicate current status, challenges, and potential.
  • Monitor the game’s performance metrics, and budgets throughout its different stages
  • Hands-on management and optimization of paid marketing efforts in order to outperform the monthly goals
  • Communicate plans, status, and challenges to meeting objectives to other teams and management
  • Improve and share your knowledge with the marketing team and help others grow their skills.
  • Build relationships and manage strategic marketing conversations with marketing platform partners
  • Be a focal point for the game progress with related departments (product, creative, monetization, analysts, etc.) to ensure full sync

Requirements

What we’re looking for:

  • +4 years as a UA manager in a gaming company - A Must
  • Strong analytical skills, showcasing a proven ability to conduct in-depth analyses of trends at various levels of granularity
  • Ability to draw conclusions and provide actionable recommendations based on the analyses
  • Expertise and a proven track record in managing campaigns on a large scale, particularly on Facebook or Google Ads
  • Proficiency in Excel to collect data, present charts, and illustrate trends and correlations between metrics
  • Great team player capable of leading team discussions, sharing insights, and learning from others
  • Ability to adapt well to a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
  • Strong business-level English
  • Highly motivated, with proactive approach and a “can do” attitude
  • High sense of ownership and accountability 
  • Well organized
