Remote 
Duration: 3 months (hourly project-based role)
Shift Schedule Start and End Time
Approximately 9-5 ; Monday-Friday

About the Role
As a Marketing Data Entry Associate, you will support key projects that contribute to the Marketing team's broader objectives. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and internal platforms.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct a full audit and update of product data in One World Sync (1WS) and document the process in a One Point Learning (OPL) guide.
• Review and update marketing data across various platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency. (this is the Traditional Flour specs update project)
• Organize and optimize the team's SharePoint site for improved accessibility and efficiency.
• Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to maintain data integrity across systems.

Essential Skills & Experience
• Experience with GDSN data pool providers such as One World Sync (1WS) for updating Product GTIN information, or Syndigo.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and communicate with clarity.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
