As our Sales Training Lead, you'll play a vital role in shaping the success of our sales teams and driving impactful projects across the business. Where You Come In: 

  • You will demonstrate expertise in selling skills, coaching, and providing verbal & written feedback, guiding sales teams to peak performance through your leadership and technical skills. 

  • You will lead the delivery of comprehensive new hire and advanced sales training programs, both in-person and virtually, to accelerate skill development. 

  • You have strong communication skills that allow you to work closely with sales leadership and other stakeholders across the matrix, to implement the national and regional sales strategy.   You will collaborate with national & regional stakeholders to assess training needs, update curriculum, and develop tailored sales training plans and programs. 

  • You will play a pivotal role in the orchestration and execution of National Sales Meetings 

  • You will drive the development, implementation, and maintenance of training programs for key projects such as onboarding, sales meetings, and product launches. 

  • In partnership with global sales training team, you will contribute to the development and management of a Learning Management System (LMS) to facilitate ongoing training initiatives.

  • You bring a thorough understanding of coaching skills for sales teams, coupled with a solid grasp of territory management and healthcare markets.   

  • You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, where your selling skills, knowledge of adult learning principles and prior hands-on experience deploying training programs for sales teams will drive sales enablement success. 

  • You have virtual and in-person facilitation experience, along with software competency to enhance training delivery. 

  • You bring positive energy, are organized and efficient, excelling in delivering results even during high-volume work cycles. 

  • You possess strong project management, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. 

  • You have a keen understanding of change management principles and are willing to travel as needed to support internal client groups and attend meetings. 

  • Your willingness to work a flexible schedule which may include weekends and/or evening work, with overnight travel to regional/ corporate headquarter meetings will ensure your customers commitments are met.  (Up to 50% travel may be required) 

  • You are comfortable engaging & managing vendor relationships, including budget allocation for new tools, resources and/or facilitation support. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Current Cert IV in Training and Assessment. 

  • 2+ years of experience in sales training and program design. 

  • Previous experience in diabetes-related medical and/or pharma sales with a proven track record of success.   

  • DISC, Situational Leadership, GROW Coaching accredited. 

  • Direct report leadership experience is desirable.
