What You Will Do  
Forescout has an excellent opportunity for an engaging and prospect-focused Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our high-energy, multi-cultural, world-changing team.  In this role, you will be in a leading role in generating new logo pipeline (Outbound) while qualifying (Inbound) high priority leads such as demo requests, contact sales, etc. BDRs are the foundation to any sales organization and in today’s world act as the first point of contact for customers and prospects. This role will focus on driving quality top of funnel pipeline, generating new outreach sequences within our ICPs, and developing into the next full cycle sales rep for Forescout. Career advancement and development are critical to the department and will be taken seriously for your personal and professional growth. 
  
In this role you will:  
  • Fearlessly outbound into our ICPs through cold calls, email campaigns, and personalized LinkedIn outreach. 
  • Action MQLs promptly to ensure customers and prospects have a positive experience throughout the buying journey. 
  • Understand how Forescout revolutionizes the cybersecurity industry and are excited to be a part of it. 
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to increase conversion rates, generate sales plays, and win as a team. 
  • Have a growth mindset, be coachable and humble, and execute against targets to overperform. 
  
  
What You Bring to Forescout

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a BDR or SDR role

  • Experience with Outreach / Salesloft is a bonus
