Our goal is to become the leader in Europe and LATAM with our Marketing Automation solution.
We are looking for a Support Technician focused on customer support, solving queries, and incident follow-up. Someone eager to grow professionally and add value to our company.
Responsibilities
You will be part of the technical team responsible for the point of contact with our clients, connecting the sales team with different technology areas within the company. One of your responsibilities will be to assist new clients throughout the integration process and help them get the most out of our technology. You will also need to analyze, correct, and report on different issues detected in the production environment.
