Core responsibilities:

Email Management and Lead Dispatching: Respond to emails promptly, prioritize urgent ones. Sort leads, ensure timely follow-up for conversions. CRM Data Entry and Maintenance: Enter/update client info, maintain data accuracy. Generate reports from CRM data. Admin Management for Client Accounts: Provide admin support, handle client inquiries. Social Media Administration: Execute social media tasks, monitor analytics. General Virtual Assistant Duties: Manage calendar, research, maintain confidentiality.
