Join Aprio's Finance Team and you will help clients maximize their opportunities. Aprio is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for a Procurement Manager to join their dynamic team. 

Position responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the end-to-end Procure to Pay process for Aprio Holdings, LLC and Subsidiaries.
  • Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures that comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Ensure that all procurement activities are conducted in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including identifying potential vendors, soliciting bids, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships.
  • Create the Firm’s a purchasing strategy, including researching & securing vendors.
  • Negotiate Firm contracts to ensure advantageous terms.
  • Monitor vendor performance and take appropriate action when necessary.
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers while continually searching for additional vendors.
  • Managing the Firm’s procurement, accounts payable and travel & expense teams. 
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on procurement policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce procurement costs and improve efficiency.
  • Evaluate, track and report key performance indicators and metrics to reduce expenses and improve process effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with key firm personnel to ensure needed supplies are purchased, received, and paid for timely. 
  • Work closely with legal to ensure contracts and terms are favorable for the Firm.
  • Ensure that all procurement activities are conducted in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage the procurement budget and ensure that all procurement activities are within budget constraints.
  • Work closely with the Accounting Manager – M&A Integration to ensure vendors for acquired firms are properly onboarded to the Firm’s procurement process. 
  • Review M&A due diligence to identify opportunities to manage or reduce costs of acquired firms.
  • Over-all in charge of the procurement team.  
  • Oversee the procurement process of from requisition to procurement. 
  • Work closely with Accounts Payable team related to vendor creation and management. 
  • Ensures compliance with company’s procurement policy. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and department leaders to address concerns and implement process improvements to streamline operations. 
  • Develop necessary policies and procedures related to procurement and collaborate with Manager, Expense Management 
  • Develop and maintain SLA’s in processing purchases. 
  • Support and provide guidance to the procurement team. And first point of contact for any procurement related issues or concerns. 
  • Collaborate with Finance team (GL team and Expense Management Team) 
  • Provide support to Director, Corporate Controller and Manager, Expense Management. 

  • Qualifications:
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience procurement and accounting in leadership role. 
  • Experience with large ERP systems is required. Workday system experience preferred. 
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and leadership skills 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Proven process improvement mindset required 
  • Must have prior experience working in the Shared Services/BPO Industry or an accounting firm  
  • Proven track record as a procurement manager in supply chain operations.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques. 
  • Ability to drive and execute change within an organization.
  • Experience in collecting and analyzing data.
  • Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Supply Chain, Logistics or Business Administration.
  • Strong team management and leadership skills.
  • Exceptional problem solving and negotiating skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
